Wendell F. Holland is a Partner in the firm of CFSD Group, LLC, which provides utilities with syndication advice and transaction structuring in securing debt funding from local and regional banking institutions.
Holland served as Chairman of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PaPUC), As Chairman, he oversaw the implementation of three significant pieces of Pennsylvania legislation that triggered comprehensive changes to renewable energy, telecommunications reform & consumer services.
After chairing the Pennsylvania Commission, while a Partner at the law firm of Saul Ewing, Wendell advised or represented clients in the energy, telecommunications and water industries.
Holland was the Founding President of the Organization of PJM States (OPSI) which is an inter-governmental organization of utility regulatory agencies of 14 jurisdictions.
Holland earned his B.S. from Fordham University and his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden.
