Todd Corley is Senior Vice President, Inclusion, Sustainability & Community for Carhartt. In this role, Todd leads the brands global ESG strategy.

Todd provides a progressive approach to the 135-year-old global workwear brand through carbon-conscious manufacturing, purpose-driven partnerships, and humanitarian causes. His breakthrough work as Abercrombie & Fitch’s CDO is the subject of the 2022 Netflix documentary, White Hot: The Rise and Fall of Abercrombie & Fitch.

As a (voting) member of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Equity Commission, he advances policy reform to secure equitable access to nutritious, sustainable food and creates solutions to root out discrimination across America’s food supply chain to improve the welfare of farmers, consumers, and the environment.

A life-long learner, he has supported the next generation of inclusive leaders by co-founding two DE&I strategy graduate programs. He is the inaugural recipient of the Claes Nobel World Betterment Award, presented by the family that established the Nobel Prize, for his contributions in promoting global unity.

Todd has an MBA from Georgetown and completed executive programs at Dartmouth and MIT.
