Tina Simmons serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Xfinity Growth Innovation & Experience (XGIE) at Comcast, a global media and technology company.
In this role, Tina is responsible for leading all facets of human resources and organizational effectiveness for this consumer business unit, leaders and teammates, including culture, diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging, employee engagement, labor relations, HR policy, performance management, talent acquisition, and talent management.
Previously, Tina served as SVP – HR for Comcast’s Central Division. Prior to joining Comcast in 2000, Tina served in operations and customer care leadership roles for Software Consulting Group, Gartner, and PECO Energy.
Tina is an at-large member of the Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT) Board of Directors, serves as the Executive Champion of Comcast’s Women’s Employee Resource Group and is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Tina holds her B.S. degree in Business Administration from Villanova University, from which she received the university’s Eby Award for Outstanding Post-Graduate Achievement; she earned her M.S. degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
