Telaireus “T.K.” Herrin serves as Vice President, Inclusion & Diversity Programs for Medtronic.

In this role, Herrin leads enterprise Diversity Networks/Employee Resource Groups, external partnerships, and global inclusion, diversity, and equity (ID&E) Business Partners.

Herrin has more than 20 years of experience within the medical device, financial services, and non-profit sectors. Having a wide range of human resources and organization development expertise, he specializes in diversity and inclusion, executive coaching, and talent management.

Previously, he was the Vice President, HR for Medtronic’s Brain Therapies business unit.

Herrin is certified a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) through the Society of Human Resources Certification Institute.

Herrin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Winthrop University, a Master of Science degree in Theological Studies with an emphasis in Systematic and Liberation Theology from Claremont School of Theology, a MA in Human Resources Design from Claremont Graduate University, and a doctorate (PsyD) in Organization Development from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University.
