Sharon V. Jones is Senior Vice President & Director, Human Resources and Director, Diversity & Inclusion for Ketchum, Inc.
In this role, Jones oversees efforts to promote Ketchum – one of the world’s largest public relations agencies – as the employer of choice to attract and retain diverse top talent. Diversity and inclusion has been and continues to be a passion for Jones, who is based in Atlanta.
As Director, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), Jones is responsible for developing and implementing a holistic vision for Ketchum’s D&I initiatives for offices in North America. A primary focus is her creation of local D&I Councils to embody and sustain a diverse and inclusive Ketchum culture – one that fuels creativity, innovation, and business effectiveness while fostering a welcoming environment for all.
As a HR leader in DC and Ketchum South, Jones has led initiatives that have contributed to the highest-ever Employee Engagement scores in those offices. Her focus on succession planning, career development, and organizational development ensure a consistent delivery of human resources services to her regions.
Prior to her current roles, Jones led Human Resources for several other Ketchum offices including Philadelphia, Chicago, Miami.
