Sean Lee is Senior Vice President and Chief of Customer Experience for the North America Operating Unit for The Coca-Cola Company.

In this role, Lee leads a networked organization comprised of Foodservice Operations and Customer Service associates, including all North American Syrup Producing Plants, National Foodservice Distribution, Contact Center & Sales Support, Coca-Cola Freestyle/Dispensed Equipment, Customer Field Operations and Coca-Cola Parts.

Lee’s team is focused on delivering the highest quality Coca-Cola beverages and an unparalleled experience from launch to landing.

Lee serves on the Boards of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, Coca-Cola Federal Credit Union, Atlanta Downtown Improvement District and the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA).

Lee earned a B.S. in General Sciences/Physics from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from Emory University.

Additionally, Lee completed the U.S. Air Force Russian Language Area Studies Immersion Program at the University of St. Petersburg and certificate courses in Strategic Operational Agility and Aviation Safety & Security.
