Sandra Hall-Mulrain is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Reliance Worldwide Corporation (RWC), an Australian Stock Exchange listed global manufacturer of water flow and control products and plumbing solutions.
Hall-Mulrain is responsible for managing all legal matters, including M&A, commercial transactions, IP, employment, regulatory, and litigation.
Hall-Mulrain advises the Board, and executive management on corporate governance issues, leads the Ethics and Compliance function and supports strategic initiatives as Executive Sponsor for DE&I and member of the ESG Steering Committee.
Prior to RWC, Hall-Mulrain was VP, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for wire and cable manufacturer, Southwire Company, where she was a member of the senior leadership team supporting complex commercial transactions, M&A, corporate governance, and compliance for both its U.S. and international business units.
Hall-Mulrain has been a Board Member for the YMCA, an active member of several Bar and civic associations, and is a graduate of Rutgers University Law School and Drew University, where she acquired her B.A. in Classics.
