Roslyn (Roz) Brooks leads PwC’s U.S. Government, Regulatory Affairs & Public Policy office. A member of the firm’s U.S. Leadership Team, she ensures PwC has a voice in crucial government debates in support of the firm’s business strategy. Roz leads PwC’s engagement with Congress, the White House, regulatory agencies, state and local governments, and third-party organizations.

With over 25 years at PwC, Roz has experience in both tax consulting and public policy. While in PwC’s tax practice, she led internal initiatives during a national rotational program, focusing on brand, knowledge management, and communications. Roz then transitioned to PwC’s U.S. Government, Regulatory Affairs & Public Policy team, where she has been a leader for 20 years.

Roz has been a featured speaker at conferences hosted by Atlantic Media, the Committee for Economic Development, the National Association for Black Accountants, and the Society for Corporate Governance. Roz serves on the Board of Browne Academy and the Advisory Council for GlobalWIN.

Roz holds a B.A. in English and Psychology from Stanford University, a J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School at Ann Arbor, and an L.L.M. in Taxation from Wayne State University.
