A visionary and high-impact human resources executive with over 25 years of HR experience, Rick serves as the Vice President of Human Resources, Organization Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Talaris Therapeutics.
Rick possesses a proven track record of success in improving organizational performance and in leading global HR partner strategies for privately held companies and Fortune 500 corporations such as Aetna Inc., Prudential Financial Inc., Pfizer Inc. and Kimberly-Clark Corporation. His breadth of expertise includes design of total rewards strategies, talent management, business and cultural transformations and the implementation of value-added human capital strategies including outsourcing and consultative partnerships.
Rick began his professional career with General Electric, spending 12 years in four divisions while quickly rising to the executive level. There, he developed a strong history of building partnerships to deliver practical, high-impact HR solutions.
In addition to his work at Talaris, Rick serves as an adjunct professor for the University of Louisville’s College of Business, MBA program where he focuses on inclusive leadership, management development and contemporary human resource topics.
Rick holds an MBA from LaSalle University and a B.A. in business from Temple University; he is also a graduate of the Harvard Pfizer Executive Development Program.
