Ricky Robinson is the Vice President of Human Resources for Recor Medical, a global medical technology company and part of the Otsuka Medical Devices portfolio.
As leader of the human capital strategy and global human resources team, Ricky is focused on building an inclusive, high-performing culture-rich organization that enables operational excellence and global product innovation – helping to fulfill Recor’s mission to help patients living with chronic disease to achieve a healthier future.
Prior to Recor, Ricky held several global leadership roles, including Chief People Officer at Wisk-Aero, VP, HR at Medtronic, and Group VP, HR at Nortek.
Ricky is also co-founder of C-CRETS, a career advice platform offering executive coaching services, DEI workshops, and topical content through blogs and podcasts. C-CRETS has helped its clients receive nearly $10M in total compensation increases.
Ricky holds non-profit board positions for Attles Center for Excellence (ACE), which empowers underserved youth with opportunities through STEAM programming, and Ability Now Bay Area, enriching the lives of adults with disabilities with advocacy, education, and wellness.
Ricky holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Communications and a Master’s degree from San Francisco State University.
