Parsons has provided leadership to major corporations and counsel to a prestigious list ranging from corporate chairs to national presidents. Parsons leadership positions include: Chairman of Time Warner Inc., Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Dime Bancorp, Inc., and Chairman of Citigroup Inc. at Citibank N.A. (Kenya), and Managing Partner of Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler LLP.
Parsons is also community oriented. Parsons is Chairman of the Apollo Theater Foundation, Inc., Jazz Foundation of America and is Co-Chairman of the Council at National Museum of African American History and Culture.
Parsons is a Director of Teach For America, Inc. and a Trustee of Howard University Hospital.
Parsons holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii and a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School.
