Rhonda Brandon is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Duke University Health System. In her role, Brandon oversees efforts to advance a world-class workforce that positions Duke Health to meet its long-term strategic goals.
Brandon was previously Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at BJC Healthcare, Vice President of Human Resources at Colonial Pipeline Company and Director of Human Resources for Global Information Technology at Nike.
Over her career, Brandon has shaped human capital strategies and successfully championed key results in talent and organizational development; diversity, inclusion and belonging; total rewards; workforce engagement; and cultural transformation.
Brandon is currently a member of the Advisory Board of Truist Bank in the Central Carolina Region.
Brandon graduated cum laude from Hampton University (B.A., Mass Communications) and American University (M.S., Organization Development).
