Reginald H. Gilyard is a Senior Advisor with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Gilyard is an accomplished business and financial advisor with nearly 30 years of leadership in corporate, academic and military organizations. He has developed and implemented strategies for Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions, and foundations.
Gilyard served as Dean of Chapman University’s Argyros School of Business and Economics from 2012-2017. Prior to Chapman, Gilyard was a Partner and Managing Director with BCG, where he led strategy, M&A and business transformation initiatives for large corporations, from 1996 to 2012. He served nine years in the U.S. Air Force and three years in the U.S. Air Force Reserves, rising to Major in the Reserves.
Gilyard holds a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy and the Air Force Institute of Technology. He also holds a MBA from Harvard Business School.
