Regan Fisher Liggins is Head of Enterprise Operations and Technology Risk at Regions Financial Corporation, one of the nation’s largest full-service providers of consumer and commercial banking, wealth management and mortgage products and services.
In this role, Regan is responsible for the execution of an effective Operations and Technology risk management strategy. Regan actively partners with the Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data functions to provide strategic and prudent risk management leadership.
Through this role, she leads a team that executes monitoring and governance programs to measure alignment against the risk appetite.
Regan joined Regions in 2014 as a Senior Manager in the Operational Risk Management Group. She most recently served as Head of Third Party Risk Management, where she was responsible for leading a team charged with the execution of a sound enterprise third party risk management strategy.
Throughout her career, Regan has served the community by advocating for organizations that focus on the development of young professionals and the well-being of women and children.
Regan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Oglethorpe University.
