Ramona Palmer-Eason is a Partner at Armstrong Teasdale with extensive experience in employment and labor, employee benefits and executive compensation, litigation and compliance. With 20 years of experience as in-house counsel for a major international retailer, Ramona’s experience spans the intersection of the law and human resources, which enables her to skillfully advocate for her clients in employment-related disputes.
Palmer-Eason represents clients across industry sectors, and has deep experience with retail and higher education institutions. She was selected as a Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) in 2021, and is a member of the National Employment Law Council and the National Association of College and University Attorneys.
While in-house, she was also active with the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Corporate Counsel Women of Color. Ramona also serves as a board member for the Brown Foundation for Educational Equity, Excellence and Research.
Palmer-Eason has presented to various national and local organizations in 2021, including on topics such as cultural issues in the new multinational market, second chance employment opportunities and discrimination, which have advanced diversity and inclusion eff orts within the legal profession and broader community.
