With a career spanning 30 years, his achievements as a litigator and trial lawyer—which includes numerous jury trial wins, summary judgments and “no money” settlements have been broadly recognized. Pauling is an accomplished member of the federal trial bar, a Fellow of the highly selective College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and a member of the NELC (National Employment Law Council) Advisory Board.
Pauling is a member of Seyfarth’s seven-member executive committee, the leadership team that guides the fi rm’s growth & business strategy, and manages its global operations. He also is co-chair of the fi rm’s Diversity & Inclusion Action Team.
Pauling is a trustee of the world-renowned Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
Pauling earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law with numerous honors. He received his B.S. from the University of Illinois, College of Commerce.
