R. Fenimore Fisher serves as Vice President – Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Aramark, serves the world’s leading educational institutions, Fortune 500 companies, world champion sports teams, prominent healthcare providers and numerous municipalities in 19 countries around the world with food, facilities, and uniform services.
In this role, Fisher is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating all enterprise-wide programs and initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), at the global hospitality, facilities, and uniform services provider.
Fisher most recently served as Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at global law firm, DLA Piper, where he was responsible for the strategic direction of the firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Earlier, Fisher served as Vice Provost and Chief Diversity Officer at Johns Hopkins University. Before Johns Hopkins, Fisher worked for the City of New York, leading the design and implementation of strategies to position the city as a global leader in inclusive workplace practices. He also served as Vice President of Diversity and Employment Analysis for Walmart.
Fisher earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University, a Juris Doctorate degree from Ohio Northern University.
