Quentin Roach is Chief Procurement Officer for the Estee Lauder Companies.
In this role, Quentin leads oversight of productivity & working capital improvement initiatives; sustainability & innovation programs and Economic Inclusion & Supplier Diversity across the global value chain and enterprise-wide expenditures.
Prior to Estee Lauder, he served as a catalyst for transformation, innovation and growth through senior level executive positions in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Sourcing & Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, Workplace & Enterprise Services and Engineering in healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer goods/products, medical device, academia and automotive industries.
Quentin serves on the Board of Directors for US Foods, Inc. and is Chairman of Board for the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame Foundation, Inc.
Quentin has been recognized as a “Top 10 Most Inspiring Leader” by Executive 50 and “Exemplary Corporate Leadership Award” by 100 Black Men of America.
Quentin holds a Master of Science degree from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, and has completed executive development work at Columbia University, Thunderbird University and Trinity College – Dublin.
