Chad Riley is the Executive Vice President of Customer Development for North America for Colgate-Palmolive.

In this role, Chad leads all go-to-market strategies & customer selling teams since 2022.

Previously, Chad served as Sr. Vice President, Global Customer Development for Hill’s Pet Nutrition U.S (a division of Colgate-Palmolive).

Chad led the Hill’s Global Customer Development organization, providing commercial leadership to the Hill’s Customer Development teams across the world while continuing the development and execution of the Hill’s eCommerce strategy and building eCommerce competencies throughout the organization.

Chad progressed through various roles of increasing responsibility including V.P. Customer Development for Hill’s U.S., Sr. Director of U.S. Grocery & Retail Operations, Director, U.S. Club and Commercial Customer Team, Customer Development Director for Colgate-Palmolive’s Caribbean Region, and Customer Marketing Manager for Colgate U.S.

Chad started his career in sales at Unilever, where he spent five years holding positions of increasing responsibility in territory sales, customer management, and category management.

Chad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Jackson State University.
