Pamela Stewart is Chief Customer Officer (Retail) for the North America Operating Unit for The Coca-Cola Company.
In this role, Stewart leads customer teams serving mass retail, grocery, drug, value, convenience store, discount supermarket, club, military and natural channels, as well as retail industry affairs. Previously, Stewart was President of West Zone Operations with franchise and commercial leadership of more than 600 customers and 20-plus bottling partners.
During her 20-plus-year career at Coca-Cola, Stewart has held key executive roles across Sales, Operations, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, General Management, Foodservice/On-Premise and Business-to-Business Retail.
Stewart serves on several Boards, including the Utz snacks company; as well Save the Children, Girls Inc., 3DE by Junior Achievement and The Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation. She is the Executive Board member of the Retail Industry Leaders Association and the Food Marketing Institute, a member of Black Women on Boards, NextUp and Leadership Atlanta.
Stewart earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University, an MBA from Oglethorpe University.
