Nathaalie Carey is Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Prologis.
In this role, Nathaalie is responsible for talent acquisition, US HR business operations, Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), and HR operations modernization.
Nathaalie joined the company in 2022 with more than 18 years of business experience. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President, Industry Affairs and Social Responsibility at Nareit, a national trade association focused on real estate investment trusts.
Prior to Nareit, Nathaalie worked for the New York State Department of Labor (DOL) as Chief Operations Officer where she was responsible for the delivery of the State’s unemployment benefits, worker protection programs, and workforce development and managed an agency of 3,000. She also served as DOL’s Deputy Commissioner of Administration and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) overseeing a $4 billion budget.
Nathaalie is on the advisory board of MD Ally, a public safety telehealth company, and has served as the chair of the Governance and Legal Affairs Committee for the New York State Insurance Fund.
Nathaalie has also served as a Board of Trustee of her alma mater, Binghamton University, where she received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
