Cindy Carlisle is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Foot Locker, Inc.
As Chief Human Resources Officer of Foot Locker, Inc., Carlisle is responsible for developing and executing the Company’s global human resources strategy in support of the Company’s Lace Up Plan, a transformation designed to drive the organization’s next phase of growth and create value for all stakeholders.
Carlisle joined Foot Locker, Inc. from Stryker Corporation, where she served as Group Vice President of Human Resources.
At Stryker, Carlisle held responsibility for the Stryker Global Quality and Operations group and the advisor to the Group President and Global Quality and Operations executive leadership team. Lead the global HR team within Global Quality and Operations on efforts to attract, retain, and develop a global workforce and evolve the culture. Serve as an advisor in areas of change management, organization effectiveness, work environment, culture and leadership.
Carlisle was a key member of the Stryker Global HR leadership team.
Carlisle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Accounting and Finance and Master of Science degree from Marshall University.
