Natasha Luddington is Senior Executive Vice President / Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Fulton Financial Corporation, which has over $26 billion in assets and operates as Fulton Bank. It has over 200 banking centers that provide financial services throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and Virginia.
Luddington joined the Fulton Financial Corporation senior management team as a Senior Executive Vice President in October 2021, and became the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Corporation effective December 31, 2021.
Prior to joining Fulton Financial Corporation, Luddington served as Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Interim Counsel at Pacific Western Bank.
Luddington has more than 20 years of experience working in financial services law beginning with work at several law firms, including Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in Washington, D.C.
Luddington holds a B.S. degree in Finance-Insurance from Indiana University Bloomington and a J.D., with honors, from George Washington University Law School. In addition, she is an Executive Banking School Graduate from Pacific Coast Banking School.
