In this role, Troy will lead the charge in Digital Transformation for North America, with a focus on expanding Mastercard’s core payments services through strategic planning and fintech innovation.
Prior to his current role, Troy served as Senior Vice President, North America Product Lead for Prepaid, ESG, Fintech, Physical Acceptance and Transit at Mastercard.
In this role, Troy delivered the North America product line strategy against five critical areas – Force for Good (inclusion, sustainability); Government (including Transit); Physical Acceptance (including contactless GTM); Prepaid; and Fintech. He serves as the region lead for financial inclusion and is the focal point in all partner engagements (issuer, merchant, etc.).
Troy joined Mastercard with deep experience fostering organizational results through extraordinary team leadership and development, product development, and marketing strategies. He is adept at orchestrating retail branch operations and budgeting with P&L responsibilities.
