Monique Picou is the Senior Vice President of Flow, Fashion, Imports, and Reverse Logistics Networks for Walmart, Inc.
In the role, Picou’s responsibilities include both transformational and operational strategic leadership of her remit. She is responsible for driving transformation in product movement from supplier to shelf across all product categories.
Picou has over 25 years of experience and is a proven global leader having lead all functions within the supply chain, including manufacturing & engineering. Picou spend six years living and working in Europe, including a commercial facing role in the UK. She has had multiple global assignments across several businesses. Picou spent the majority of her career with Procter & Gamble culminating in her assignment as Global Vice President, Product Supply Health Care.
Picou sat on the Board of Directors for United Way, US Chamber of Commerce, GS1 UK, and the Cranfield University Advisory Board. She was a state-appointed Board Director for Workforce Development and Families with Dependence and a member of the State Economic Development Board.
Picou holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern University and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology.
