Aaron Powell is President of Kimberly-Clark’s Asia-Pacific consumer business, the company’s largest international region with operations in over 30 countries and iconic brands such as Kleenex, Huggies, Kotex, and Depend. Based in Singapore, this role is a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.

Powell was previously Global President of Kimberly-Clark Professional, a $3B+ business where he was also part of the Executive Leadership Team. Since joining Kimberly-Clark in 2007, he has also led the company’s EMEA consumer business, Central and Eastern European consumer business, Turkish consumer business, Ukrainian consumer business, and Asian Strategy.

Before joining Kimberly-Clark, Powell was a manager for the strategy consulting firm Bain & Company, focusing on consumer products and retail. He began his career in 1993 with Procter & Gamble, holding various roles in Sales and Marketing.

Powell is an active leader and mentor within Kimberly-Clark and has served as Executive Co-Sponsor of the African American Employee Network and Chairman of the Kimberly-Clark United Way campaign.

Powell earned his MBA with honors from the Wharton School of Business and his undergraduate degree from Washington University in Saint Louis.
