Monica Jackson is Vice President, Global Inclusion & Diversity at Eaton, a global intelligent power management company with more than 85,000 employees in 170 countries.
In this role, Monica is responsible for developing and leading the global I&D strategy to achieve the company’s aspirational goal to be a model of inclusion and diversity.
Prior to Eaton, Monica served as Global Diversity & Inclusion leader at General Electric (GE) Aviation. At GE, Monica also served as vice president, Human Resources (HR) at NBC Universal. Before that, she was vice president, HR, with Nielsen Holdings Company. Monica’s HR career began with Procter & Gamble, where she held both corporate and line HR roles of increasing responsibility.
Monica is chair of Manufacturers Alliance Diversity and Inclusion Council. She serves on the following boards: Equity & Inclusion Advisory for the Greater Cleveland Partnership, Urban League of Greater Cleveland, and Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) Foundation. In 2022, she was named Chief Diversity Officer of the year by the National Minority Supplier Development Council.
Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Clark Atlanta University and an MBA in Human Resources from Indiana University.
