Michaune D. Tillman is Senior Vice President & General Counsel for Corning, one of the world’s leading innovators in materials science.
In this role, Tillman leads the Law Department and serves as a key advisor and member of Corning’s Senior Leadership Team. She provides expert counsel to the Board of Directors and oversees a wide range of legal matters regarding Corning’s operations and strategic initiatives.
In addition to leading the Law Department, Tillman will serve as a key advisor to both the company’s Senior Leadership Team and its Board of Directors, providing expert counsel on a wide range of legal matters regarding Corning’s operations and strategic initiatives.
Tillman joins Corning from Worthington Steel, Inc., North America’s premier steel processor and a producer of market-leading building products. She served as the company’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. She also previously served as General Counsel at Worthington Steel Processing and Worthington Armstrong Venture.
Tillman graduated with honors from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and a Juris Doctorate from The University of Michigan Law School. She is a member of the Ohio and New Jersey bars.
