Meisha Sherman serves as Chief People Officer for FranklinCovey.

With over 30 years of experience in human resources, she has led in Fortune 10 to Fortune 1000 companies including: Mindbody, Envista Corporation, Danaher Corporation, Hewlett Packard, Raytheon Technologies, and Bank of America.

Meisha has held C-Suite leadership roles, including: Chief People Officer, Vice President, Global Human Resources, and Global Director, Executive Leadership and Organizational Development.

A trusted advisor and partner to boards of directors, CEOs, and executive teams, Meisha has been responsible for: executive compensation, employee relations and engagement, compensation and benefits, organizational design, talent acquisition, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion, delivering high-impact strategies that drive sustainable business results, and organizational performance excellence.

Serving in the United States Army for six years, she was responsible for recruitment, development, and retention of soldiers.

Meisha earned an MBA from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from California State University Dominguez Hills, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
