Malcomb Coley is the EY-US Central Growth Market Leader and Charlotte Managing Partner, a US member firm of the global EY organization.
In his Growth Market role, Coley oversees the growth of the US-Central core accounts across 22 states, 42 offices and over 16,000 colleagues. As the Charlotte Managing Partner, Coley is responsible for empowering approximately 1,500 colleagues in the Charlotte region with the knowledge and resources needed to reach their highest potential and to best serve their clients. Coley also oversees the recruitment efforts, diversity initiatives, growth of the office, and the office’s involvement in community engagement efforts.
Coley currently serves on the Board of Directors of several organizations including the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance (Chair 2022), the United Way of Central Carolinas (Chair 2019), First Tee of Greater Charlotte, Belk College of Business Board of Advisors for UNC-Charlotte and the Cameron School of Business Executive Advisory Board and the Endowment Board for UNC-Wilmington.
In addition, Coley is a member of the 100 Black Men of Atlanta.
Coley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UNC-Wilmington.
