Kimberly Evans, is an Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Sustainability, Inclusion and Social Impact at Northern Trust.
In this role, Kim is responsible for creating and enabling enterprise strategies for advancing sustainability, bolstering inclusion and championing social impact for the benefit of all stakeholders.
Kim has 30 years of experience driving business results in the financial services industry across several disciplines, including consulting, P&L leadership, technology and operations.
Kim is known as a business transformation expert and has developed and executed business and change strategies for five financial services organizations and managed teams in the Americas, Europe, Middle East; Africa (EMEA), and Asia; Pacific (APAC).
Kim is highly sought after as a guest speaker to share her deep expertise in a variety of business and academic settings.
Kim serves on the boards of the Chicago Urban League and the Chicago State University Foundation.
Kim graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and has earned numerous business, leadership, and technical certifications.
