Kimberly Bankston is the Vice President for Talent Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) for UGI Corporation.

In this role, Kimberly is responsible for talent acquisition, learning and development and succession planning across UGI’s family of companies. As an advisor to company leadership, she is responsible for the implementation of the Belonging, Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (BIDE) strategic imperative.

Prior to UGI, Kimberly was the Vice President, Human Resources for General Atomics, in San Diego a global defense and technology firm.

Kimberly worked for General Electric for over 20 years. She held a variety of executive human resources roles in GE’s Power, Industrial, Capital business and GE Corporate HQ.

Kimberly recently completed an appointment on the NC Board of Science Technology and Innovation as appointee by the Governor and was named in NC as businesswoman of the year by the Cape Fear YWCA in 2018. She currently sits on the Diversity Board of i4cp practitioners.

Kimberly is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, Georgia State University’s MBA program and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Furman University.
