Kevin M. Warren is the Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Xerox Corporation. In this role, he leads worldwide channel strategy, salesforce effectiveness and global client engagement for Xerox’s diverse portfolio of hardware, software and services. His mandate includes improving Xerox revenue performance by developing, launching and marketing world class solutions to customers ranging from small businesses to public sector clients to multinational enterprises.
In addition, Warren serves as President of the Commercial Business Group for Xerox’s services business, driving growth by pursuing new clients and expanding the services the company provides to current clients. Commercial industries served include: retail and consumer products, commercial transportation, travel, manufacturing, aerospace and defense, high-tech communications and financial services.
Warren serves as a Director of Illinois Tool Works and of Georgetown University, where he also chairs the Audit Committee.
Warren was honored with humanitarian awards from both the Young Presidents Organization and CADCA for his work in mentoring at-risk youth.
Warren holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgetown University and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, having completed the Advanced Management Program.
