Kera Wright is Chief Financial Officer of ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
In this role, Wright heads the team responsible for financial planning, data analytics, accounting, tax, and treasury. Her leadership has enabled ALSAC to raise more than $2B annually for St. Jude, achieve significant year- over-year growth, and realize multi-million-dollar cost savings through operational efficiencies. This work helps drive the ongoing $12.9B six-year St. Jude strategic plan to accelerate research and treatment of catastrophic pediatric diseases.
Wright has over 26 years of global experience in operations, finance, accounting and strategic management, including over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Wright also served as the Vice President of Finance for McKesson Life Sciences and held management positions at Schering-Plough (Merck), Johnson & Johnson and US Oncology, General Electric (GE), and Lockheed Martin.
Wright is an active member of the Executive Leadership Council.
Wright holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Hampton University and attended the Wharton School of Business.
