Kenya C. Miller is a Shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and the Managing Attorney of the South Carolina office. She concentrates her practice in the areas of workers’ compensation and insurance defense and is also Co-Chair of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
Miller regularly conducts seminars regarding workers’ compensation law and claims investigation in South Carolina and has represented self-insured employers, insurance companies, and servicing agents for nearly two decades.
Prior to joining Dickie McCamey, Miller was a partner of Miller Lawrence, LLC, a law firm focused on the defense of South Carolina workers’ compensation claims. She currently serves as a Board member of the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association and was formerly a Board member of Disability Rights South Carolina.
Miller is passionate about mentoring and supporting programs designed to promote the careers of younger lawyers from backgrounds underrepresented in the profession.
Miller holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina Honors College (Phi Beta Kappa) and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
