John Page is Corporate Senior Vice President, Chief Corporate Social Responsibility and Chief Legal Officer of Golden State Foods Corp. (GSF). He has over 25 years of practicing as an attorney, as outside and in-house counsel.
John has litigated and tried numerous cases, including successfully arguing before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
John serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Tuskegee University. He has served as Chairman of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and President of the National Bar Association. His honors include receiving the ACC-SoCal Profiles IN Diversity Award and ACC Matthew J. Whitehead, II Diversity Award, being named on National Law Journal’s list of America’s 50 Outstanding General Counsels and Savoy magazine’s Most Influential Corporate Lawyers.
John graduated cum laude from Pace University with a B.A. in Political Science and minor in History and was a Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society member. John received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he now serves on the Board of Overseers.
