Jennifer Green serves as the Chief Legal Officer of Digital & Technology for Yum Brands, Inc.
Green and her team of domestic and international lawyers and paralegals provide strategic support to the organization, creating competitive advantages through digital solutions as well as data analytics for restaurants and franchisees.
Prior to this position, she worked as Vice President, Global Mergers & Acquisitions.
Green is well known for developing strong talent at Yum! and throughout Louisville, Kentucky, including serving as the executive sponsor of Yum!’s business employee resource group for multicultural employees and their allies. She’s given back through the city’s Civilian Review and Accountability Board and as a member of the board of Goodwill Industries of Kentucky.
Green also sits on the board of Republic Bank & Trust Company, operating as chair of the Risk Committee and as a member of the Loan Committee.
Green came to Yum! from Credit Suisse’s New York office and began her legal career in the corporate practice of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
Green holds a Law degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.
