Jennifer A. Prioleau is Division Counsel at HP Inc. and a trusted advisor to its 3D Printing business, which is driving the 4th Industrial Revolution. She oversees general legal matters and proactively advises senior management on various strategic and day-to-day issues impacting product development, marketing, sales, post-sales and regulatory matters.

 

Jennifer also negotiates strategic complex commercial contracts involving technology and intellectual property. As an agile communicator, Jennifer simplifies the complex and enables the business to take smart risks. Prior to joining HP, she served as Assistant General Counsel for Maidenform Brands and was an IP associate at Brinks, Gilson & Lione.

 

Jennifer has a strong commitment to advancing pro bono and diversity in the legal profession and serves on the Board of Trustees for Volunteer Lawyers For Justice, and is a board member for the National Bar Association Corporate Law Section Executive Committee. She is a 2017 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity fellow and in 2012, Jennifer received the National Bar Association’s Top 40 Under 40 honor.

 

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Russian from Tufts University and her Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law.
