Javara Perrilliat is Senior Vice President of Operations Support at Republic Services, a Fortune 500 company and the nation’s second largest provider of recycling and non-hazardous solid waste services.
In this role, Perrilliat ensures that the field teams are equipped with the right processes, standards, tools and support to deliver flawless service to the company’s 14 million customers.
Perrilliat previously served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Supply Management and a member of the executive leadership team at Owens & Minor, a Fortune 500 international healthcare services company.
Prior to Owens & Minor, Perrilliat was a Principal with A.T. Kearney, a global consulting firm with the mission to help the world’s leading corporations gain and sustain competitive advantage and achieve profound, tangible results.
Additionally, Perrilliat is a member of the Executive Leadership Council. He previously served on the non-profit boards of St. Mary’s Hospital and the HIDA Educational Foundation.
Perrilliat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
