Farrell Redwine joined Nordstrom in 2016 supporting the HR teams for Nordstrom’s ecommerce businesses, photo studios and customer care centers.
In her current role, Farrell leads the people function for Nordstrom’s off-price businesses, including stores, ecommerce, marketing, merchandising, production, technology and operations. Farrell has extensive experience in human resources, organization development, change management and diversity & inclusion. Having previously served in a variety of senior leadership and consulting roles, she has a proven track record as a trusted advisor, executive coach and global human resources leader. Prior to Nordstrom, Farrell was Managing Principal and Executive Coach of The Redwine Group LLC, where she worked with both individuals and companies in the areas of talent and change management aimed at building capabilities and human capital platforms that drive operating efficiencies, thriving cultures, continuous learning and growth leading to organizational effectiveness and sustainable business results. She has also held global HR and diversity leadership positions at Barclays Capital, Time Warner Inc, Forum Corporation and Exxon-Mobil.
Farrell has a B.S. in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and a M.S. in organization development from American University.
