Ernest Nicolas is Senior Vice President – Operations & Engineering Services at Rockwell Automation.
This global integrated supply chain role has accountability for over 9000 employees across functions that include: Global Supply Chain (Strategic Sourcing, Materials, Logistics, and Customer Care), Quality & Continuous Improvement, Engineering Services, Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Services, and Workplace Services.
Previously, Nicolas was the Vice President Global Supply Chain, where he developed and executed strategies that minimized product and services costs, on-time performance, and the simplification of customer experiences.
Nicolas serves on the Board of Directors of the Milwaukee Urban League and is an Executive Advisory Board member for the University of Wisconsin Supply Chain Management program.
Nicolas is a proud member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC) and was named a 2019 Empower 100 Ethnic Minority Executive Role Model.
Nicolas holds an MBA degree in Operations Management and a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University.
