Dwight Gibson is President of Flow Food & Beverage at SPX FLOW, a leading global supplier of highly engineered flow components, process equipment and turn-key systems, along with the related aftermarket parts and services, into the food and beverage, power and energy, and industrial end-markets. In this role, he is responsible for leading a global Food & Beverage team to develop the strategies and practices that will have a positive influence on growth and future development of the global Food & Beverage business. He is an officer of the company.
Prior to joining SPX FLOW, Gibson served as President of Strategic Initiatives for Ingersoll Rand’s Climate segment, where he served in a variety of general management, business development and product management roles.
Gibson also served as Vice President and General Manager for the Thermo King Europe, Middle East and Africa truck and trailer business, with more than 800 employees in 80 EMEA countries based in Brussels, Belgium.
Gibson holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Howard University as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from Stanford University. He also received a Master of Science in International Strategy and Diplomacy from the London School of Economics.
