Dina Clark serves as Senior Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion for Skanska USA Building.
In this role, Dina works with local and national Skanska leaders to foster inclusivity and build a more diverse talent pool while managing development of comprehensive and relevant Diversity & Inclusion training programs.
Dina leads Skanska’s National U.S. Building Diversity & Inclusion Council, oversees creation and support of local councils, and supports the Skanska Women’s Network.
Prior Skanska, Dina led development and implementation of Covestro’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy across the U.S. and Mexico.
Dina has received the Allegheny County Bar Association Homer S. Brown Spirit award and was recognized at the City & State PA’s inaugural award ceremony, Above and Beyond: Honoring Women of Public and Civic Mind in Philadelphia.
Dina has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Child & Family Studies from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree from Duquesne University, with a focus on global leadership. She’s also completed The Advanced Leadership Initiative, Executive Leadership Academy at Carnegie Mellon University. Dina is working on her Doctorate in Education at Point Park University, with a focus on leadership and administration.
