Derek R. Lewis is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Field Operations, North America Beverages (NAB) for PepsiCo, producer of quality products enjoyed by consumers one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world. PepsiCo’s product portfolio includes a wide range of enjoyable foods and beverages, including 22 brands that generate more than $1 billion each in estimated annual retail sales.
In this role, Lewis leads more than 48,000 associates (hourly to regional VP level) across 400 locations (satellite, warehouse, product exchange centers and regional selling offices) in the U.S. and Canada. His organization is a major contributor to PepsiCo’s net revenue, which totaled approximately $63 billion in 2017.
Lewis is Co-Chair of PepsiCo’s NAB Diversity Advisory Board. He serves on the Board of Directors for YMCA of Central Florida and Orlando Magic Youth Foundation.
Lewis also serves on the Board of Trustees for Hampton University and Lake Highland Preparatory School.
Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Hampton University and an Executive Master’s
