Denise R. Singleton served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary for WestRock Company, a Fortune 200 company that is a leading provider of sustainable paper and packaging solutions.
In this role, Denise led all legal, regulatory, compliance, litigation, environmental, product stewardship, corporate security, labor relations, government relations and corporate governance matters.
Prior to that, Denise served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at IDEX Corporation and Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer for SunCoke Energy, Inc.
In addition, Denise serves on the Georgetown Law Board of Visitors and is a member of The Executive Leadership Council.
Denise received a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. degree in Journalism from Marquette University.
