Denise R. Cade is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of IDEX Corporation, a global fluidics leader serving high-growth specialized markets. They are best known for its expertise in highly engineered fluidics systems and components, and in fi re and safety products, including the Jaws of Life® rescue tools.
Before IDEX, Cade served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of SunCoke Energy, Assistant General Counsel at PPG Industries, and a partner at Shaw Pittman LLP.
Cade sits on the Georgetown Law Board of Visitors, the Chicago History Museum board, the IDEX Foundation board and The Chicago Network board. She is a member of The Executives’ Club of Chicago and the Economic Club of Chicago.
Cade earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
