Denise R. Cade is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of IDEX Corporation, is a global fluidics leader serving high growth specialized markets. They are best known for its expertise in highly engineered fluidics systems and components, and in fire and safety products, including the Jaws of Life® rescue tools.
Before IDEX, Cade served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of SunCoke Energy, Assistant General Counsel at PPG Industries, and a partner at Shaw Pittman LLP.
Cade sits on the Georgetown Law Board of Visitors, the Chicago History Museum board, the IDEX Foundation board and The Chicago Network board. She is a member of The Executives’ Club of Chicago and the Economic Club of Chicago.
Cade earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
