David Miree serves as Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at JPMorgan Chase & Co., a leading financial services firm based in the United States of America (“U.S.”), with operations worldwide.
In this role, Miree is responsible for executing a strategy that builds on the firm’s existing work and further incorporates a diversity lens into how the firm develops products and services, serves clients, helps communities, and supports employees.
Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Miree was Executive Vice President and Head of Consumer & Small Business Diverse Customer Segments for Wells Fargo.
Prior to Wells Fargo, Miree was Executive Vice President for Consumer Deposits and Investments at Webster Bank in February 2015. In this capacity, Miree steered a network of over 180 Banking Centers spanning across Webster’s four-state footprint. David’s top priority in this role will be to draw on his extensive industry experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities to collectively accelerate sales productivity among these respective teams.
Earlier in his career, he spent over five years at Chevy Chase Bank (now Capital One Bank) as a Senior Vice President.
Miree holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Ohio University.
