Danyale Price is the Chief Inclusion Officer at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
In this role, Danyale is responsible for the global strategy and implementation of Paul, Weiss’s efforts to promote a diverse workforce and nurture an inclusive culture. She is also a career advisor to many associates and as a DE&I advisor to partners, clients, and the firm’s growing ESG practice.
Since Danyale became the firm’s first Chief Inclusion Officer in 2018, Paul, Weiss has consistently surpassed industry benchmarks for diversity, earning recognitions by The Financial Times, The American Lawyer, Law360, Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) and many others.
Danyale has often been recognized for her work in the DEI area. She was named to Crain’s New York Business’s 2022 “Notable Black Leaders” list and received the New York’s Association of Black Women Attorneys 2020 Ruth Whitehead Whaley Professional Achievement Award for her contributions and commitment to DE&I in the legal profession. In 2018, she was on the Ebony Power 100 list.
Danyale holds a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Spelman College and a J.D. degree from University of Virginia School of Law.
