Cynthia “Cindy” Augustine is Executive Vice President & Global Chief Talent Officer for FCB, one of the nation’s largest global advertising agency networks.

 

In this role, Augustine is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition and development, organization design and change management, compensation and benefits, as well as diversity and inclusion programs for the global network.

 

Based in the network’s New York headquarters, Augustine’s passion to build a better organization is contagious. She is a proven leader whose business acumen, leadership skills and prowess at strategic problem-solving drives change.

 

Prior to FCB, Augustine served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Services at Scholastic Inc. Prior to that, she served as SVP, Talent Management, Time Warner, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources and President, Broadcast, for The New York Times Company.

 

Augustine serves on the Board of Directors for Save the Children, an international non-governmental organization that promotes children’s rights, provides relief and helps support children in developing countries.

 

Augustine holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University Law School.
